Enable outer join on two filter outputs
We frequently use excel's Mquery to find and resolve errors in our backlogs. Specifically because you can very quickly take a query and produce multiple filtered views to subsequently outer join them and find data mis-matches. The huge downside is you can't edit the items in excel, if Structures had this capability we would definitely use it over excel.

Billable hours of the Tempo Plugin available as column
It would be really beneficial, if the "Billable" hours of the Tempo Plugin could be added as column like the "Work logged". This would give us the possibility to create proper reports direct out of Structure with all information we need

Group by Insights object is already possible. It would be awesome if we could group by Insights attributes as well.

Ability to work with Insight-object attributes
Insight is part of JIRA now. However, in Structure formulas there is no way to process with Insight-object attributes. Need to fix it

Option to suspend Polling
When using Structure for Triage. I often make updates to Jira's as we do. I frequently have to wait for the polling to update the structure before I can continue with my meeting.
A potential solution, would be to have the option to disable polling (temporarily) as I make many edits, then do a refresh at a time of my choosing.

Pin more than one item

Identify null entries in a column without using formula columns
We regularly use formula columns to display certain info so we can "flag" issues with no entry for that field (i.e. display "Needs Date" in red when date field is empty). The drawback to this is you can't just double click on the missing data in the formula column to edit it, rather having to go into the issue. It would be great if there was a way in any column in Structure to tell it to in some way flag issues with null entries that still keeps the editable functionality of that column; it would be ideal if it…

Make Structure Gadget on Jira Dashboards visible to not-logged-in viewers
Jira allows dashboards to be shared such that 'anyone on the web' can view the dashboard.
However, Structure gadgets on such a dashboard do not load for not-logged-in users.
Could the Structure Gadget be made visible, but limited, in that not-logged-in viewers cannot drill through into the issues, or Structure itself, without first logging in.1 vote -
Integrate Structure with the Easybi reporting tool
Integrate with EasyBI such that reports can draw on Structure information. This should include the organizational aids (eg Folder names and positioning of issues) but also the calculated values.

I should be able to create a "Structure Template" and choose while creating a new structure
I want to create a structure. When I go from the menu, it shows me a "Select Template" pop window, where it shows me below templates.
1. Empty Structure
2. Backlog Structure
3. Agile Structure
4. Gantt Chart
5. Agile Gantt ChartI want to create a customized template so that whole of my organization product groups use the same, instead of re-inventing in their own way. This will help my organization to build a standardize look and feel of structure and create ease of navigation.

All for better organization of Quick Transformations
Love the Quick Transformations, but usually have quite a few that are all listed on the toolbar such that it takes up space and can be difficult to find the one that I need at the time. Would love to be able to group them such that selecting the group provides a drop down style dialog in which I can select the desired filter.

Flag items in the structure
Hello,

Display structure board number
Hi,
It will be very useful if structure board number is also displayed along with Name, access, etc on the "manage structure" items such as "My", " Recent" etc. As structure noards can have very similar names, identifying them using numbers will be very easy.
Or It can also display -Name (this is currently a hyperlink) and its URL (which contains the number) as a new column.1 vote -
Allow scheduling effectors
Having effectors that can take a formula and set the value to a field is great. What we are missing is the ability to schedule the effectors, so that they run every hour/day/week, which will enable us to have these "calculated" fields up-to-date without manual intervention

Enable editing of fields that are not on the Edit screen
We recently started to use both Structure Gantt and Effectors. Both seem very useful, but one of the main problems we have with them is the ability to edit the issues fields. In the Gantt we would like to edit the start and finish fields, which nobody uses apart from within the Gantt. In the Effector, we would like to edit a field that will normally be empty (no one will set it, but the Effector). However, we found out that we can't edit a field if it does not appear on the Edit screen of the issue. This is…

sum up values on group level
We use Jira for project controlling and have a hierarchy of different items which we display in Structure. We also use transformations like Group to group projects by location.
What we are missing though is a feature to show sums on the group level. It could offer some sort of configuration feature to choose the level for which sums should be shown on the Group level.1 votethanks! please check the comment!

Activate Automation Mode as the Default
Hi,
Transformations such as Filters and Sorts interfere with Automation Generators.
When the user has clicked the Automation button to go into 'edit mode' - although they can still go into this mode when they do not have the edit generators permission - then Transformations are disabled, which is great!
However, if the Structure has Automation Generators but a certain user has NOT gone into this mode, they can accidently (or do so without knowing the 'damage') apply Transformations, and mess up the Structure for other users.

Color quick transformation buttons to allow faster identification and categories
Currently, when you add a quick transformation the buttons are all white/clear. When you have a large number, it can be hard to find the transformation your looking for.
With colors, you could create visual categories (i.e. groupings, component filters, label filters, etc) and the user can navigate to them much faster.

Show component info into (not yet existing) component item (as the grouper) in the structure view
As the project component can be used for grouping (Group by Component/s) and it has some information (status, # of issues, lead, description, default assignee), it would be great that this information could be seem in the structure view, item details (when the component group is selected).
Today, it is only showing in the Item Details window:
No details
No details are available for the selected item.
