Filtering a selected item should not cause its children to also be filtered
Filtering a selected item should not cause its children to also be filtered. I tried filtering a selected item that had children and was expecting everything but the item and its children to be removed. However, applying the filter removed all child items, which essentially renders the filtering feature not very useful.

Integrate Structure with the Easybi reporting tool
Integrate with EasyBI such that reports can draw on Structure information. This should include the organizational aids (eg Folder names and positioning of issues) but also the calculated values.

Add ability to edit name and rank of Version/Release
Add ability to edit name and rank of a Version/Release from within structure. Right now that's not possible and it's very inconvenient to navigate to the project in scope to make this edit.

I should be able to create a "Structure Template" and choose while creating a new structure
I want to create a structure. When I go from the menu, it shows me a "Select Template" pop window, where it shows me below templates.
1. Empty Structure
2. Backlog Structure
3. Agile Structure
4. Gantt Chart
5. Agile Gantt ChartI want to create a customized template so that whole of my organization product groups use the same, instead of re-inventing in their own way. This will help my organization to build a standardize look and feel of structure and create ease of navigation.
Please do let me know, it there is already s solution to it. Else…

Possibility to change the start and the end dates of the entire project
Our organization would like to have a possibility to change the start and the end dates of the entire project. In this way, we could have a big picture view of all our projects in the timeline.

Deeper hierarchy in issue types
Our organization would like to have a possibility to create another tasks layer above Epics (like in Jira's advanced roadmaps). For example, I create a new issue type "Initiative" in Jira and then I can group in structure gantt all tasks in this hierarchy:
Initiative>Epics>Stories, Tasks>Subtasks.6 votesActually, that’s something Structure can already help you with!
Structure allows creating hierarchies using existing relationships between issues in Jira. If there is a link between two issues, Structure can visualize the relationships in the parent-child form, putting one issue above the other.
You just need to use standard Jira link functionality which is available in any Jira version by default – the ‘blocks’, ‘implements’, etc type of a link. You can configure them at Settings | issues | Issue linking and create links between issues using the Link option on any Issue Page.
And once links exist between Initiative and Epics, then you can build your structure with the desired hierarchy the following way:
1. Create a structure.
2. Click Automation | + | Insert and type a JQL query to match all Initiatives that you want to add.
3. Then click + | Extend | Linked Items and… -
Add "Configure Structure" to Tools in the Structures pull-down in Structure Cloud
I'd paste a screenshot here if I could. At the bottom of the pull-down under the Structure name, it says "Tools: Create Structure, Manage Structures. Manage Structures just takes you to a screen where you have the choice of configuring the structure, or opening the structure you just left (this is useless), or delete the structure. Why not put "Configure Structure" on the pull-down with Tools, Create, Structure, Manage Structures, and make the Manage Structures button take you to Manage All Structures? You should also put a filter box on the Manage Structures page so you could zero in on…

Upgrade the Structure Cloud Manage Structures page
There's a lot of whitespace and not a lot of function.
* You could use more than 3 columns to show more information, e.g., the description and the permissions.
* You could support more actions:
** Copy an existing structure - then you could copy and tweak instead of starting from scratch every time

The improvements you have suggested are reasonable, and we have plans to update this functionality in the future. The ability to copy structures is already in our backlog. -
All for better organization of Quick Transformations
Love the Quick Transformations, but usually have quite a few that are all listed on the toolbar such that it takes up space and can be difficult to find the one that I need at the time. Would love to be able to group them such that selecting the group provides a drop down style dialog in which I can select the desired filter.

Track a chain of linked issues
You want to track a chain of linked (dependent) issues through a large structure. It would be useful to highlight predecessors and succesors of a given issue by issue link using, for example, colors.

Flag items in the structure
Hello,

Display structure board number
Hi,
It will be very useful if structure board number is also displayed along with Name, access, etc on the "manage structure" items such as "My", " Recent" etc. As structure noards can have very similar names, identifying them using numbers will be very easy.
Or It can also display -Name (this is currently a hyperlink) and its URL (which contains the number) as a new column.1 vote -

Currently Structure doesnt have capability to add color in cloud version good to have if I am building multiple hierarchy one

Change status sort order by their position on the statuses page
Hi,
currently statuses in cloud version are sorted by their:
- Status category
- Project (global statuses are shown above)
- Status ID (field id?)
and as a Jira admin I'm unable to change the order.
In server/DC version this feature is much more usable and I'm able to change the order which has huge impact on how we use Structure in planning.

Allow scheduling effectors
Having effectors that can take a formula and set the value to a field is great. What we are missing is the ability to schedule the effectors, so that they run every hour/day/week, which will enable us to have these "calculated" fields up-to-date without manual intervention

Enable editing of fields that are not on the Edit screen
We recently started to use both Structure Gantt and Effectors. Both seem very useful, but one of the main problems we have with them is the ability to edit the issues fields. In the Gantt we would like to edit the start and finish fields, which nobody uses apart from within the Gantt. In the Effector, we would like to edit a field that will normally be empty (no one will set it, but the Effector). However, we found out that we can't edit a field if it does not appear on the Edit screen of the issue. This is…

When Grouping by Labels add ability to limit the labels in scope
Group by Labels is a useful feature, but has limited efficacy when there are too many labels.
Being able to limit grouping to a specific list of labels, would result in only those groups being displayed.

sum up values on group level
We use Jira for project controlling and have a hierarchy of different items which we display in Structure. We also use transformations like Group to group projects by location.
What we are missing though is a feature to show sums on the group level. It could offer some sort of configuration feature to choose the level for which sums should be shown on the Group level.1 votethanks! please check the comment!

Activate Automation Mode as the Default
Hi,
Transformations such as Filters and Sorts interfere with Automation Generators.
When the user has clicked the Automation button to go into 'edit mode' - although they can still go into this mode when they do not have the edit generators permission - then Transformations are disabled, which is great!
However, if the Structure has Automation Generators but a certain user has NOT gone into this mode, they can accidently (or do so without knowing the 'damage') apply Transformations, and mess up the Structure for other users.

Can "Remove Inserter/Extender Duplicates" be added to Structure Cloud?
I use this filter automation all the time in Structure on Server, sad to see it's not there on Cloud.
