support grouping of issues by link type
e.g. all 'Blocked By' issues added via Extend automator grouped together under parent.
This makes the Jira relationship between Structure parent/child issues clearer.

Hello Simon,
I realized that the functionality from my previous answer doesn’t exactly meet your needs - grouping by issue links works the following way: when there is an issue in the structure that is linked to another issue as its child, adding a grouper by the specific link type will add the parent issue to the structure. Technically, it will be added as a group but it’s not going to effect how the hierarchy is displayed.
Although this is not the grouping you requested, perhaps this feature may be of use to you regardless.

In case my original request isn't clear (I'm still a Structure beginner)...
Add Link Type to the Group by Issue Field.
Behaviour: issues linked to the parent by a common relationship should be grouped under the same expanding heading control, which should be labelled 'Link Type: Blocked By" or perhaps just "Blocked By"
