Need additional mark for Closed issues
Structure shows check mark when issue is resolved, but I want another mark if issue is closed!

Hello Julie, the "resolved" mark is not based on Status field, rather on Resolution field. I would suggest you to edit your workflow, and in the step where you go to Closed state, add an action to set Resolution to Fixed (or any non-empty resolution you like).

With test cases, we do not use Resolved, we go straight to Closed. Otherwise, it is an extra step. Therefore, we do not see the checkmark when closed.

Chris, thanks for posting this request. I just had another person ask for a special mark when the issue is In Progress - see https://jira.almworks.com/browse/HJ-855 :) This is to illustrate that everyone's needs are different.
As I mentioned in that issue, we won't add workflow-based marks so far because it would clutter the UI (a lot).
Additionally, the current "check" mark is based on the Resolution field. It is not dependent on the workflow. If you need to see workflow state, then just place a narrowed-down Status column as the first column - does it not solve this problem?
