It would be great if you can add Agile support.
Currently we use bugzilla for bug and feature requests tracking.
Deskzilla should have the ability organize the "bugs" and "features" into sprints, along with burndown charts etc.

Er... Sorry, but this feedback forum is about our other product, Structure Plugin for JIRA. But thanks for your suggestion - we'll keep it in mind!
