Calculated Columns: Number & Currency Formatting
Formatting option for values in a numeric columns (e.g. have numbers with a thousand commas by default)
User case: for currency value, use a thousand commas.
Format dry numbers to show as normal dollar amounts -
US Example:
with dollar sign and commas = $ 1,350,500.43
South Africa Example:
with R and spaces = R 1 350 500.43

A currency column type based on regional settings would be great.
Also sub-request is to right align numeric values
