Jira can have a issue type notifier

There are critical and blocker issues in Jira which have higher priority so jira can have separate notification for blocker and critical so that it notifies them whenever a blocker/critical ticket is raised which is unassigned and whenever it gets assigned it will move out of the notification queue. This will help users to start working faster on the tickets with higher priority

    Thanks for your feedback. It seems that you're looking for JIRA improvement - so may I suggest to file a feature request at https://jira.atlassian.com instead?

    This forum is for ideas about improving "Structure plugin", which is a separate product, created by a separate company (ALM Works). We cannot make improvements to JIRA itself.
