Keep carriage returns during Excel export or be able to save off the Printable Page.
We added 2 custom fields for testing steps. The carriage returns show up in Printable Page nicely. But we can just print that. The Excel export doesn't keep them and so the steps are jumbled in each cell instead of a clean representation.

It seems to already left align, appearing like Structure. My data was longer, so I highlighted the columns and made the cells wrap so I could see all the data. This aligned Top, just like in Structure. Two possibilities for the hierarchy clarity are 1) make the font in the multi-line columns a smaller font (personally feel this is overboard) and 2) Create a greater indent within the Summary field in Excel for each level of hierarchy. Fixing these issues is a nice-to-have. The real issue for us is it appearing with the carriage returns. Thank you for going into detail on this.

By the way, you should be able to save the printable page from your browser, or move the table from the browser to excel with Copy-and-Paste

Hello, thanks for your post. How would you like to have multi-line values in Excel? Obviously we'll need to increase the height of a row for it to accomodate multiple values. How would you like other values aligned vertically? (Top / middle / bottom)
I would imagine that when the heights of rows are different, it won't be easy to tell exactly which issue is under which (look at the printable page for example). If you have any opinion or suggestions on that, please share.
Thanks!
