  1. allow configurable sync interval

    I mean, if I define a "link-based" synchronizer for the specific structure, I would like to be able to configure the frequency - for example "sync it daily at 23:00"

  2. be able to make their screen look like mine

    As a user I often hop on the phone and want to show people the project plan in a Structure. This is hard because even if they open the structure their filters, columns, etc. are not set to look like mine. I'd like to have a way to paste via IM a URL to them that makes their Structure look just like my Structure.

  3. Enable search filter in gadget

    It would be useful to be able to filter a structure within the dashboard gadget as is provided by the search in the structure widget. For example, if I've got a dashboard that is specific to a release, I need to be able to filter a structure to show only those issues with the relevant fixVersion. The search result would need to persist so I wouldn't need to reset it every time I open the dashboard.

  4. Specify confluence gadget filter

    When inserting a Structure gadget in a Confluence page I would like to automatically apply a filter so that only the issues I want to show are displayed. This is so that I can share only issues that are scheduled to be delivered in a particular fixVersion release.

  5. Ability to just see your Structures in Structure drop down w/in Jira rather than all Structures

    If someone wants to see somebody elses, they can go to manage structure and choose one there. The way it is now can lead to a very long list to choose from.

  6. Create Structure Templates

    Allows users to create a set of new tasks via a previously saved structure template. In some production environments there are task hierarchies and dependencies that are already known and you need to create several versions of the same structure. Instead of creating all of the tasks and then reorganizing the structure each time a template would speed up the entry process.

  7. Specify confluence gadget columns

    When I add the Structure gadget to a confluence page I'd like to specify what columns are displayed for everyone sp that people who don't understand Structure can read it just like it was a table.

  8. Assign fixVersion keystroke

    I'd like to have a key shortcut to quickly assign as fixVersion on an issue.

  9. Synchronizer enable/disable switch

    I'd like to be able to turn individual synchronizers on and off so that I can deactivate syncing and manually sync when needed without having to delete the synchronizer and lose my configuration.

  11. selecting of multiple issues at once

    Being able to select more than one issue at at a time so I can drag and drop quicker would be very helpful

  13. Have columns that aggregate time information - total time spent, total estimate, etc

    The column would aggregate time fields upward and display time spent, original estimate and remaining estimate for issue and all its sub-issues. Also we can use the colored bars as in the Issue Navigator

    Keep the history of structure changes so it's possible to trace back who placed an issue at a specific position and where it were before.

  15. show its right-arrows and down-arrows in IE browser

    Not that I would normally use IE but I discovered the right and down arrows to the left of issues do not show up in the structure hierarchy views. Fairly recent IE like 8 or something.

  16. have the ability to have grouping capabilities, so that I could manage larger structures easier

    For example, to be able to group by Component, or Version, or a Tag.

  17. link an issue into structure by parent/child issue key

    when in an issue, directly link it in structure as child/parent to another issue, using the issue key.

  19. Add controls to expand / contract one level at a time

    ...in addition to the controls that expand / contract ALL. First click expands level 2; second click expands level 3; etc.
