Allow structures to be created via the REST API
I should be able to create structures via a POST request to the REST API and get back the newly-created structure details (id, name, etc) in the response. Also, if "templated" structures are added as a feature in the future, I should be able to specify which structure to template a new structure off of via this API request.

Hi Angell, thanks for your comment. We can't promise any date of arrival for any features, but I hope we'll have this soon. I've just moved this issue to the list of candidates for the next iteration - I'll have more details on the plan at the end of June.

We should also be able to install synchronizers in the REST API request.

Lee - thanks a lot for your comment! Admittedly, not all CRUD operations are available for structures through REST API. We'll work on this.
Feel free to post other requests for API improvements.
