Documentation Update - How to create a new Formula Column
The Structure 4.5 documentation doesn't identify how to create a NEW Formula Column.

Step 1 should identify how to add a new field, not how to write the formula.

Finally found the Formula column at the end of a long list of fields... That would be helpful to note in the documentation.
