An error occurred while saving the comment AdminJulia (Product Owner, ALM Works) commentedHi,
Thank you for your suggestion! Actually, we are going to add transformation grouping (check our Roadmap: https://wiki.almworks.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=32228104). The idea was to introduce groups, so you can "merge" your saved filers and switch the whole group by one click.
Will it resolve this inconvenience, what do you think? Thanks!

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminJulia (Product Owner, ALM Works) commentedHi Omer,
Thank you for this request! We have this feature in our backlog. As a workaround I suggest you to try this script for ScriptRunner: https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Run+all+effectors+by+schedule
Hope this help,

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminJulia (Product Owner, ALM Works) commentedHi Nadine,
Thank you for your request! Which field you want to sum? Each numeric field have checkbox for showing sum, and the aggregated values will be shown near the group name. Please check details here: https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Totals+Columns
We also have formula with possibility to sum data, https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Aggregate+Function+Reference#AggregateFunctionReference-SUMIs this helpful?

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminJulia (Product Owner, ALM Works) commentedHi Andre,
Thank you for your request!
Have you already seen the attributes for FixVersion and Sprints in Structure? Details like Start date, goal, etc. can be show now near the name of the group (sprint/version) and these attributes can be used in formulas (more details here: https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Structure+6.4+Release+Notes). Let's say we will add component data in the same manner, will it solve the problem?Julia,

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminJulia (Product Owner, ALM Works) commentedHi Eric,
Thank you for your request! As far as I understand, you use the same structure and column set. The perspective link is more than it - you can save the focus, selected transformation, opened panels, etc.
I suggest using the structure URL + associate the view with your structure, https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Associating+Views+with+Structures
Also, it is possible to increase the time before perspective deletion, https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Automatic+Structure+Maintenance.Is it helpful?

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminJulia (Product Owner, ALM Works) commentedHi Todd, thanks for the idea! We'll discuss this internally.
In the meantime - we're thinkning of introducing a new feature called Formula Library - you'll be able to save formulas regardless of views. This will also allow you re-using same formulas in other structures.
So when you enter a formula - before applying or reverting the view you could save it. And if you didn't like the result you'd be able to choose the old one from the library.
Do you think this will alleviate your pain?

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminJulia (Product Owner, ALM Works) commentedHi, thanks for your request.
Unfortunately Structure cannot display line breaks (even if they are present in the text). Could you please share your use case? Maybe we can solve your problem in another way.

Check the comment, pleaseAn error occurred while saving the comment AdminJulia (Product Owner, ALM Works) commentedHi Berrick,
Thank you for your request! We already have functionality which can help you: Structure Inserter (https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Structure+Inserter) which allows you to add one structure into another. So, you can add a folder and the structure in it, to be able to collapse-expand issues from another Structure.
Also, please check the quick transformation feature: it allows you to save the filter/grouping/etc., so you can see the structure from different perspectives, https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Quick+TransformationsHope this helps,

Could you please write to our support channel, support@almworks.com, and specify versions of Structure and JEditor? Sounds like a compatibility issue.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminJulia (Product Owner, ALM Works) commentedHello,
Thank you for the suggestion!
Could you please share your expectation little bit? Do you expect the risk matrix with tasks from all structure levels or filter by level? Do you want to use formula to define the risk value, or is it enough to set the value manually? Thanks!

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminJulia (Product Owner, ALM Works) commentedHi Josh,
Thank you for your reply!
Good usecase, there is no simple way to resolve it. But we have our built-in language, S-JQL, which helps to work with groups, too, could you please take a look: https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/S-JQL+Reference? Do not hesitate to ask our support team to help, support@almworks.com.Julia,

Thank you for your request!
Have you tried to use filter automation (https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Filter+Generators) and filter by JQL, defining labels you want to working with? Drag-n-drop will work in this setup.
Is it helpful?Julia,

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminJulia (Product Owner, ALM Works) commentedHi Jeff,
Thank you for the suggestion! We are going to work on Project Categories grouper soon, will notify you as soon as it released.
According to Status Category grouping - it is available right now via Text Attribute grouper. To add it please go to Automation|Group|Text Attribute and select Status Category field there. Please note, what text grouper has limitations: it is a read-only one, it is impossible to drug-n-drop between groups to change parameters.
Julia,
ALM Works team.Thanks!
