    Hello,

    The Cloud platform is very different from the Server one due to functional limitations of the Cloud-based architecture and Jira Cloud APIs, so we cannot replicate Structure Server as is. Most of the system had to be developed from scratch, and some features just cannot be implemented in Cloud.

    Structure Cloud is under heavy development now, more and more features have been arriving to Cloud. There is the roadmap: http://alm.works/cloud-roadmap. “Sorting by columns” is already planned (lies under “Transformations”), Gadget and Bulk Edit are under consideration now.

    That is right, we, unfortunately, cannot access the Jira actions menu in the cloud version. We are now collecting feedback about which actions are most important and investigating if and how we can implement them ourselves.

    Could you please clarify what you mean by “workflow”, is it transitioning of an issue between statuses? It is actually already possible - double click the status in the status column, then you will be able to transition the issue if it does not have a required transition screen.
