    Hi Alexander,

    Thank you for your request!
Could you please add more details here, what does "non-hierarchical duplicates" mean? What kind of generators do you use? Remove Inserter/Extender Duplicate filter can work with all link types, the idea is to hide issues, added by Inserter if the same issues are added by Extender. More details can be found here: https://wiki.almworks.com/pages/viewpage.actioan?pageId=32223424

    Thanks!

    Julia,
    ALM Works team.

    Hello,

Thank you for the request! You can undo changes via a pop-up notification in upper right corner or via Undo link at the bottom of the page; changes in the structure itself also can be checked via History, https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Viewing+History+of+a+Structure: you can select historical data in this mode and paste it to your structure, https://wiki.almworks.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=32222970.

Is it helpful? Could you please add more details, what kind of changes you would like to undo?

    Thanks!

    Julia,
    ALM Works Team.

    Hello,
    Thank you for the request!
Changing issue from Structure leads to sending email notification, more details here in our docs: https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/On+E-mail+Notifications. Also, if you want to see recently changed issue, you can sort by Updated Jira field, more information about sorting is here: https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Sort+Generators
Could you please share more details, do you want to get notification about changes in Structure itself, like indent-outdent issues, etc.?

    Julia,
    ALM Works.

    Hi Irina,

    Thank you for your request!

We have Min{} and Max{} functions in Formula, both works with date fields, too, with syntax like this: min{start_date}, more details here: https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Aggregate+Function+Reference#AggregateFunctionReference-MAX
We also recently released Effectors, this feature helps to write data from Structure formulas into Jira fields, https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Effectors.

Should you have follow up questions, please contact our support team support@almworks.com.

    Julia,
    ALM Works Team.

    Hi Peter,
    Thank you for your request!

As far as I understand, you use export to Excel feature, then change data there and want to import changes, is it so? If yes:
    - do you use dynamic structures, created via Automation? if yes, you can not be sure what there are no new issues matches the filter, so you can mixed up rows you are copying data to.
    - will it help to have a "live" export to Google Sheets?
    - in Structure 6.0 we released Effectors (https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Effectors), this feature allows updating Jira data from structure fields. So, you can write down your desired data in Note column (https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Notes+Column) or any other field, and then sync these data into Jira fields.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

    Julia,
    Structure Team.

    Hi Dale,

Thank you for the request! Structure Gadget has limited functionality since there are Jira limitations for gadgets, will check if it is possible to improve editing for numeric custom fields.

    Thanks!

    Hello Peter,

    Thank you for your question!
How do you get these dates(start and end dates)? Do you use custom fields?
There is Formula(https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Formulas) functionality in Structure, so you can just define something like (today - start_date)/(end_date - start_date)

Also, probably our Structure.Gantt (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217809/structure-gantt-planning-at-scale) will help: you can visualize issues and dependencies between them, track progress right on the chart: https://wiki.almworks.com/display/gantt/Progress.

    Hi Jake,
    Thank you for your question!

All issue types available in Jira should be available in Link Extender menu. Is this one a usual Jira link? Also note, what we support hidden links, too, but via our dark features: https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Advanced+Configuration+and+Dark+Features

    Hope this helps,
    Julia,
    ALM Works team.

    Hi Simon,
Thank you for your suggestion! What kind of data you would like to visualize?

We have a Structure.Gantt to visualize dates and estimations:https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217809/structure-gantt-planning-at-scale. It is also possible to integrate Structure with EasyBI, please check the example here: https://community.eazybi.com/t/reporting-on-structure-for-jira-from-almworks/268.
We also planned to add some graphics inside the Structure itself, and it will be very helpful if you can share your thoughts and needs.

    Thanks!
    Julia,
    ALM Works Team.

    Hi Pat,
Thank you for your request! Could you please share your usecase little bit, how you want to create this structure? it is possible to group issues by Projects and add folder "inside" with manual Adjustment functionality, https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Manual+Adjustments.
    Is it helpful?

    Hi Michael,
Thank you for your request! Individual manual adjustments can be deleted only by moving issues to the initial place now. We will add your request to the backlog.

    Hi Peter,

Thank you for your request! This is on our radar, but it is not at the top of our prioriries.
Also, if you do not want to show toolbar, it is possible to hide it in Full Screen mode: https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Full+Screen+Mode

    Hello,
Thank you for your request! We planned to do it later, since old format can be easily used via newest one, but not vice versa.

    Hello Seth,

Thank you for your suggestion! In your example with statuses, did you tried to use "not in" jql function? (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/advanced-searching-keywords-reference-939938744.html#Advancedsearching-keywordsreference-NOTNOT)

We will think about solving it on our side, but the jql solution is the most flexible one, I'd say.
    Thanks again!

    Julia,
    ALM Works team.

    Hi Jennifer,

Unfortunately no, there are no changes planned here. As a workaround, you can export data to excel and change the width there.
BTW, do you really need to print it? Probably the Perspective link or sharing the dashboard gadget in Jira or in Confluence will help?

    Thanks!

    ALM Works team.
