Sometimes issues are done together, and it would be great to highlight 2 or more issues and leave the same comment at once. Currently, you have to leave comment one by one.

Use a field (i.e. sequential index) to automatically create hierarchy into Structure when importing from CSV/Jira.
Hi, we usually load Jira items via CSV import, and it is very time consuming to arrange them with links or to manually indent them into the Structure.
It would be great to use a field like the Structure's sequential index.
For instance, using that field during import, to automatically arrange the hierarchy into the Structure (i.e., item 3.1.3 to be put automatically after 3.1.2 and underneath 3.1).Many thanks, and congrats for your works, it is very well done!

Allow to use the same link type in both ways
Currently you can't select twice the same link for 2 Gantt dependency types. As a Structure admin, I would like to select the "blocks" link for Finish to Start and the "is blocked by" link for the Start to Finish.

include version number in documentation of features
Hello again! Since we are on an older version of structure (3.3.4), it would be nice for the documentation pages for various features to include the version that they were introduced in.
For example, I searched for how to create my own "Quick Transformations", and found the page https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Quick+Transformations that describes exactly what I want to do. But the buttons don't exist in my UI. I eventually found the release notes and saw that the feature wasn't introduced until 3.4.

change position of structure plugin in issue page
Currently structure is shown as the last plugin on issue page. IIt would be nice to customize it's position so that it can be set as the first shown plugin showing a hierarchic view of related issues.

Preserve column selection & order in each individual Structure
Different Structures server different purposes: test plan, release status, planning board, etc.
Different goals call for different columns to be shown in each structure (based on purpose of each individual structure)
Currently column selection and order is saved globally and applies to all structures, whether it makes sense or not.PROPOSAL: each structure keeps its own column selection/order

Jira can have a issue type notifier
There are critical and blocker issues in Jira which have higher priority so jira can have separate notification for blocker and critical so that it notifies them whenever a blocker/critical ticket is raised which is unassigned and whenever it gets assigned it will move out of the notification queue. This will help users to start working faster on the tickets with higher priority

Visualize hierarchichal structure in Issue Navigator and GreenHopper planning board
Structure looks promising. To make it truly usable for my needs, I would need to visualize the hierarchical structure in the Issue Navigator, GreenHopper planning board, and Filter Results dashboard gadget.
113 votesDear subscribers, thanks for voting for this feature. After so many years of successful use in the field, it’s clear that Structure is a view in its own right. While we did our best to integrate Structure widget into other parts of Jira, that has its limits. Jira Boards, Issue Navigator are not made to be tweaked by apps. While we can do that theoretically, most likely things will be breaking with every Jira release.
So instead we might be looking into adding other screens that provide similar benefits that the boards but which are natively supported by the underlying structure.

Define the Order in Synchroniser Should Run
If you have multiple synchronisers running to build a structure, the order in which the synchronisers run can be important. Currently you cannot re-order a list of synchronisers. So when you edit one it goes to the bottom of the run order.

search result in deskzilla could highlight the searched words inside the the bug and also in the list of search result

I like deskzilla but several times I need to open all the search results and bugs on a browser in order to have the words I'm searching highlighted (feature available on firefox). I also have a firefox plugin that searches the words in all tabs and highligh them.
It would be nice if deskzilla could do the same.
This feature helps to find the bug we need by the title or even inside the bug since sometimes there is…1 votefeedback for another product (solution suggested)

Be able to set icon other than green check mark for different resolutions
Currently if you resolve or close an issue and choose any option for the Resolution, the indicating icon is always a green check. I would like to be able to customize the resolution/icon combination. For example, set a red x if the resolution is incomplete, indicating that the task wasn't completed.
Also, there should be options about how this affects the progress of a parent issue.

Filter synchronizer should also scan newly created issues.
Newly created issues matching a filter are currently not added in structures synchronized with that filter. This causes issues to slip trough the cracks by not showing up in the structure.

Command line interface to backup database
We have scripted the back up of our mysql jira database to run several times a day using mysqldump. We would like to initiate a structure backup from the same script. This is really the only way we can ensure that the jira database and the structure database can stay in sync in case we need to restore. We cannot use the xml jira backup because we have other databases in our instance that must also be backed up at the same time as jira. Is there a command line interface for the xml backup?
3 votesThis request seems to be obsolete because, starting with Structure 3, all data is in the main database.

Have UNDO function for bulk operations
When using the bulk delete to delete many issues, there should be an UNDO option in case you selected the wrong items by mistake. Besides going to a backup from previously in the day, I do not know a work around for such cases.

It would be great if you can add Agile support.
Currently we use bugzilla for bug and feature requests tracking.
Deskzilla should have the ability organize the "bugs" and "features" into sprints, along with burndown charts etc.

Improve the administration (Synchronization Settings) for structures with many syncronizers
We have structures with many syncronizations and have had some problems maintaining them:
- Fast way of resyncronize ALL syncronization rules for the structure
In some cases the syncronizations needs to be "Resync"ed.
We have found that for example when a filter syncronizer refer via a 'filter' it doesn't take effect when we change the refered filter. After a forced Resync it works.
Example
JQL query: (project = DEVENVC2JIRA or label = Jira) and filter = "DEVENVC2 - Next month" and status = Assigned
In this case, when we change the "next month", we need to resync. To do a reindex…
15 votesThank you all for voting for this feature. Unfortunately, we never got to working on it, and now synchronizers are deprecated and replaced with other automation tools – generators and effectors. Those have a very different user interface and are more manageable.

Configurable fields for "+Sub+Issue"
We have the Component and Version fields configured as required for all issues, and so creating a sub-issue via the "+Sub+Issue" button fails since those fields are not available in the mini-create issue window. Is there some way to configure which fields are available in that window?

Don't break default browser functionality to open the links in a new tab
I show the Key and Summary columns in the Structure View. Both columns contain a link, but Control-licking the link doesn't open the link in a new tab, which is default behavior in all browsers. Somehow the Structure plugin must do something to break that

If you manually change Epic field to point to a different Epic, the issue doesn't reposition under that Epic
If you manually move the ticket under an epic, it will change the epic field value to that Epic. However, if you manually just change the epic field value to something else it doesn't reposition the ticket under that epic.
